Meet Danni

Anni's Dashing Daniel
After my cocker Anna passed away, my home & life was so empty without her.  After grieving for a couple of weeks, I asked my friend Ann Yeager if I could borrow one of her Poodles for awhile and practice some grooming on it.  Danni, a 3 year old silver toy boy came to stay with me and after a week I called my friend back up and ask if I could keep him.  It's been a year now and Danni has fit very well into our home and life.  This bundle of joy has got me back into agility and obedience training and he's very eager to learn and play the games.  We have started with NADAC trials and here Danni and I are with our 1st Tunnelers leg.

Though we don't get to compete all that often, we have fun out in the back yard doing agility and meeting up with our friends and their dogs.

Peaches Story

Peaches is an elderly Lhasa Apso I took in to rehome.  Denise Hamilton now provides Peaches a wonderful home.  Denise works for an organization called 'Nu-Hope' (for people) http://www.nuhope.org/ and Denise's heart is also large enough to include an elderly dog which was apparent when she came to my house with another Nu-Hope employee to visit this dog.  Denise picked up Peaches, held her close, fell in love with her and took her home offering Peaches her heart and home in her late life.  Denise and her daughter are an inspiration to others to adopt an older dog.  Peaches is house-broken, gentle, doesn't chew on things, and appreciative of the attention and love she receives.  Here are a few pictures.

God Bless you Denise!
